Hardball U’s Power hitting 101 course is the first ever combination of bat speed and power training with professional hitting instruction. The course was designed by former players, coaches, and certified experts in exercise sports science. The result is a program that is GUARANTEED to increase bat speed, power, and batting average. Our athletic performance trainers help students to develop explosive, fast-twitch muscle power while our professional hitting instructors teach proper mechanics and a quality at-bat. The end result is a powerful, dominating hitter with the added benefit of great mechanics, a pure swing, and a strong mental approach.
